Return and Exchange Policy

 Thank you for your purchase at Deux Reines!  Your satisfaction is so important to us. In the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy for return/exchange eligibility.

- You have 15 days (from the day you receive your delivery) to return all eligible items. After that, we will not be able to honor your exchange or return.

- All items must be in the original condition of purchase with all tags, labels, and security ribbons intact. We will not issue any returns or exchanges for garments that have clearly been worn, washed, soiled, or if the tags have been removed.

All clearance items are FINAL SALE,  so once they reach your doorstep, they’re yours to keep! Swimwear is non-refundable, no exceptions.  

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of their return.  You can purchase a shipping label from your desired mail carrier.


Ready to make a return or exchange? Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Make sure all items are in the original condition of purchase with all tags, labels and security ribbons intact.

 

Step 2: Please fill out the merchandise return card that was included in your original package. (We won’t know why you sent it back or how we can make things right if you skip this step!)

 

Step 3: Make sure your package is labeled as “Returned Goods” and send it back to this address:

That’s it! You’re done! Once we receive your item(s), we’ll notify you via email.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process and ship out your exchanged item. (21 days for international returns.) If you are returning an item for a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to post back to your account.
