Where are you guys located / Do you have a storefront?
 
Our headquarters is located in Pleasanton, CA. We do not have a storefront and are online only boutique. However, we DO love our SF Bay Area shoppers! We offer local order pick-up at our office in Pleasanton.  Please email for this option. 
 
How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
 
Your order will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. 
*** Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
 
What are your shipping options?
 
Standard: 5-10 business days - $5.00. No signature required
 
Expedited: 3-6 business days - $15.00. No signature required.
 
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $35.00 ** please note your order must be placed before 7 am PST for the order to go out the same day. If the order is made after the cutoff time it will ship the following business day. Signature is required.
 
How do I know if I’ve successfully placed my order?
 
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.
 
I am shopping from a different country. Do you ship internationally? And how much does it cost? 
 
YES, we ship WORLDWIDE! Standard International shipping is $14.99 and takes 10-20 business days. This is the only option for shipping Internationally at this time.
Log into "My Account" where you will see your order number and tracking details.
 
Do you restock items that are sold out?
 
The worst words ever can be “Sold out.” We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter where you will receive information on restocks, sales, and new arrivals.
 
** We do not restock sale merchandise. Those items are final sale.
 
How do I know what size to choose?
 
The quick answer — All of our items fit true to size unless otherwise specified in the product description. We hand measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so be sure to read the details section before buying.
 
What’s your return policy?
 
If you are not happy with your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date with a return slip. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have all tags attached. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a debit/credit card account, PayPal, store credit or a combination of the two). Sale items, swimwear, and bodysuits cannot be returned unless approved by customer service in advance. There will be a 50% restocking fee taken out of your credit.
 
What if my order gets lost or doesn’t arrive on time?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If each of your packages shows a status of "delivered," please EMAIL customer service for assistance, via info@deuxreines.com
